Open Question: Help!! How can I lose weight and make time for exercise while in Nursing School and working a part time job??

Okay, I am 22 and about to start Nursing School this week at the University of Alabama. I'm one of those people who fluctuate in their weight like crazy! For example,I lost 70 pounds in high school but gained around half of it back over my first couple years of college. Then last summer I lost 20 pounds and kept it off for about a year then I've recently gained about 12 of it back. I want to get back down in my weight again and am worried because now that I'm starting Nursing School, I know it's going to be even more challenging to do. How can I go about making time for exercise and also snack healthy while studying or being at work as I often will be doing?? I want to lose around 30-40 pounds because I'm 5'1'' and for my height, it's really hard to hide being overweight even though for the most part I look healthy and have muscles but my hips and legs are crazy. lol. Any suggestions as to how I can balance and find time to work out/lose weight and work while finding time to study??? Help!!... read more
